Experience
I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. My work is informed by a rich-blend of experiences both internationally, and within my extensive experience in diverse clinical settings such as private practice, employee assistance programmes (EAPs), charity and community organisations; supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns and goals.
Therapeutic Approach
My practice integrates various therapeutic approaches to meet your goals and needs. I aim to work closely with you to understand the collaborative journey of therapy — one that isn't about fixing you but rather, to meet you where you are and journey with you, to where you want or need to be. I don’t believe in a onesize-fits-all approach to therapy. Central to my work is helping you build your safe space to explore your unique experiences. More than anything, I want you to feel truly heard, accepted, and understood. I invite you to explore your inner world with curiosity – leaving space to navigate your attachments and be reintroduced to your inner child. I am committed to helping you advocate for change from patterns that no longer serve you. An integration of skills are used to holistically work with your goals.
